EPC9041 - Development Board

EPC9041 : 80 V Development Board for
Enhancement Mode Monolithic Half-Bridge

The EPC9041 development board has a 80 V maximum device voltage, 20 A maximum output current, in a half-bridge topology with onboard gate drives, featuring the EPC2105 eGaNIC (Enhancement-mode Gallium Nitride Integrated Circuit).

The purpose of this development board is to simplify the evaluation process of the EPC2105 eGaNIC by including all the critical components on a single board that can be easily connected into any existing converter.

Status: Obsolete
Fully assembled reference design developed for testing and performance validation only, not available for sale.

EPC9041 Parameters Table
* Assumes inductive load, maximum current depends on die temperature – actual maximum current will be subject to switching frequency, bus voltage and thermal cooling. eGaNIC intended for high step-down ratio applications.
# Limited by time needed to ‘refresh’ high side bootstrap supply voltage.
