EPC9006C – 100 V 半桥开发板
EPC9006C开发板具100 V最高器件电压、7 A最大输出电流、采用半桥拓扑及板载驱动器并采用EPC2007C增强型（eGaN®)场效应晶体管。 开发板旨在通过把所有重要元件集结在单板上并易于与任何现有的转换器连接，从而简化对EPC2007C氮化镓场效应晶体管进行评估的流程。
