宜普电源转换公司推出内含氮化镓场效应晶体管(eGaN®FET)的八分之一砖直流-直流电源转换器演示板

EPC9102充分展示了EPC2001 eGaN FET及德州仪器LM5113 eGaN FET驱动器的组合所能达到的优异性能。 宜普电源转换公司宣布推出EPC9102演示板,这是一个全功能的八分之一砖转换器演示板。这块电路板就是一个36V-60V输入、12V输出、375kHz相移全桥(PSFB)式八分之一砖转换器,最大输出电流为17A。该演示板内含100V EPC2001 eGaN FET及德州仪器专为驱动eGaN FET而设的半桥栅极驱动器(LM5113)。 LM5113是业界首款能够最佳驱动增强型氮化镓FET、并且能够充分发挥这种FET优势的驱动器。EPC9102演示板展示了当eGaN FET配合德州仪器LM5113 eGaN FET驱动器,可以实现eGaN FET的高开关频率性能。 这种转换器的结构符合标准八分之一砖的外形尺寸和高度 (2.300" x 0.900" x 0.400")要求。尽管这个尺寸比较小,但整个电路板在36V输入电压、10A输出电流条件下,可以达到94.8%的峰值功效。 EPC9102演示电路的设计用于展示使用eGaN ... 阅读全文
