EPC9204, is 20 V, 10 A PCB-based power module featuring the 30 V EPC2111 eGaN® IC for “plug and play” evaluation of the high performance gained with gallium nitride power integrated circuits.
The high frequency capability of the GaN solution enables ultra-low profile of just 1.2 mm from PCB board.
The EPC9204 power module measures just 8 mm x 16 mm x 2mm and features an EPC2111 eGaN IC in combination with the Peregrine Semiconductor PE29102 gate driver. The board contains all critical components and layout for optimal switching performance and can be easily connected into any existing system.
