宜普电源转换公司(www.epc-co.com.cn )推出增强型氮化镓功率晶体管(eGaN® FET)系列的最新成员 -- EPC2037

EPC2037(100 VDS、1 A)非常小型(1.82 mm2)及在栅极上施加5 V电压时的最大导通阻抗为 550 mΩ。 由于它具备超高开关频率、低导通阻抗值、异常低QG值及采用超小型封装,因此它在电源转换系统具备高性能优势。EPC2037由一个数字逻辑集成电路直接驱动,因此不需额外及高成本的驱动器集成电路。
