With silicon MOSFET technology fast approaching its theoretical limit, enhancement mode gallium nitride (eGaN®) FETs from EPC have emerged to offer a step change improvement in power FET switching performance, enabling next generation power density possibilities by decreasing size and boosting efficiency.
