EPC9006C – 100 V 半橋開發板
EPC9006C開發板具100 V最高器件電壓、7 A最大輸出電流、採用半橋拓撲及板載驅動器幷採用EPC2007C增强型（eGaN®)場效應電晶體。 開發板旨在通過把所有重要元件集結在單板上幷易于與任何現有的轉換器連接，從而簡化對EPC2007C氮化鎵場效應電晶體進行評估的流程。
