Power of Electronics brings together electronics developers, engineers, and technology experts for practical insights into power electronics, power design, thermal management, power semiconductors, and power systems. EPC will participate with a technical session by Michael de Rooij, PhD, GaN Applications Fellow: “Disrupting High Voltage Applications using Low Voltage GaN FETs in Multi-kW Isolated Converters” The session will explore how low-voltage GaN FETs can enable high-voltage isolated applications with increased power density and efficiency. Examples will include regulated ISOP-configured LLC converters and different configurations and topologies for 800 V/400 V to 12 V/50 V, covering power levels from 1.5 kW to 12 kW.
