Target applications, market drivers, AC/DC applications above 100 W where GaN devices can be used for the totem-pole power factor correction and for the secondary side synchronous rectification will be reviewed. Applications covered include new Multi-KW 48 V 80+ Titanium Servers, consumer power supplies between 100W and 600W, used for high-end TV, gaming PC, LED lighting, power supply and automotive applications with power above 60W.
