In this video, we will cover AC/DC applications and explain the benefits of EPC eGaN® FETs and ICs for power management designers. Target applications, eGaN technology benefits, and EPC’s portfolio of products including 100 V, 150 V, 200 V will be reviewed. In addition, benchmark eGaN FET performance will be compared against silicon-based power MOSFETs. Applications covered include USB Type-C™ PD Quick Chargers using Flyback topology, 4-Level Totem-Pole PFC, 48 V Data Center, Synchronous-Rectification LLC Resonant DC-DC converters.
