EPC9159 – 1 kW, 48 V/12 V, LLC Reference Design Board

The EPC9159 is a 1 kW, 48 V /12 V fixed ratio, tiny 17.5 mm x 22.8 mm footprint, converter resulting in state-of-the-art power density of 5130 W/in3. The EPC9159 features the 100 V EPC2619 eGaN® FET on the 48 V side and the 40 V EPC2067 on the 12 V side. The compatible controller module (EPC9528) includes the Microchip dsPIC33CK256MP503 16-bit digital controller.
The EPC9159KIT includes:
