Featured technologies include next-generation low voltage GaN FETs, reference designs, and integrated solutions optimized for higher efficiency, increased power density, and high-speed switching.

EPC will join Coiltech Italia 2026 on September 23–24 in Pordenone, Italy, in partnership with Garnet. Coiltech brings together the international coil winding and electrification community, with a strong focus on electric motors, generators, transformers, and advanced power conversion technologies. At the event, Garnet will highlight how EPC’s GaN power technology enables higher-performance, more compact, and more efficient motor-drive and power-conversion architectures. Visitors can connect with the Garnet team and explore EPC's GaN solutions for next-generation motor control, robotics, autonomous machines, and electrification applications.

Power of Electronics brings together electronics developers, engineers, and technology experts for practical insights into power electronics, power design, thermal management, power semiconductors, and power systems. EPC will participate with a technical session by Michael de Rooij, PhD, GaN Applications Fellow: “Disrupting High Voltage Applications using Low Voltage GaN FETs in Multi-kW Isolated Converters” The session will explore how low-voltage GaN FETs can enable high-voltage isolated applications with increased power density and efficiency. Examples will include regulated ISOP-configured LLC converters and different configurations and topologies for 800 V/400 V to 12 V/50 V, covering power levels from 1.5 kW to 12 kW.
