They explore low Rds(on)·Qg and Qoss, pushing into MHz switching frequencies, thermal management with dual‑sided cooling, and long‑term reliability in next‑generation AI infrastructure. “These GaN devices are many times better than the incumbent MOSFETs at 25 volts,” says Alex Lidow.
