EPC90185 – 25 V, 82 A Half-Bridge Evaluation Board Featuring EPC2378
The EPC90185 is a half bridge evaluation board for the 25 V-rated EPC2378 by including all the critical components on a single board that can be easily connected into most existing converter topologies. eGaN® field effect transistor (FET). The purpose of this evaluation board is to simplify the evaluation process of EPC2378 by including all the critical components on a single board that can be easily integrated into most existing converter topologies.
The EPC90185 evaluation board measures 2.5” x 2” and contains two EPC2378 eGaN FETs in a half-bridge configuration paired with the Analog Devices LT8418 half-bridge gate driver. The board also contains all other critical components such as a deadtime generation circuit and input bus capacitors.
