EPC9186 Reference Design Board

The EPC9186HC3 is a 150 ARMS 3-phase BLDC motor drive inverter board featuring three EPC2361 eGaN® FETs in parallel per switch position, enabling up to 200 Apk maximum output current.

The EPC9186HC2 is a 130 ARMS 3-phase BLDC motor drive inverter board featuring two EPC2361 eGaN® FETs in parallel per switch position, enabling up to 180 Apk maximum output current.

The EPC9186 is a 150 ARMS 3-phase BLDC motor drive inverter board featuring four EPC2302 eGaN® FETs in parallel per switch position, enabling up to 200 Apk maximum output current.
